Jobomschrijving

Voor onze klant in Sint-Gillis-Waas zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Inpakoperator. Het bedrijf combineert een internationaal karakter met een familiale sfeer en biedt een dynamische werkomgeving waar jouw inzet echt telt.

Jouw taken

  • Opstarten en afsluiten van de inpakafdeling, inclusief het ombouwen van machines
  • Instellen en bedienen van verpakkingsmachines, transportbanden en printers
  • Kleine storingen zelfstandig oplossen; bij grotere defecten tijdig hulp inschakelen
  • Organiseren van de afdeling en coördineren van werkverdeling
  • Begeleiden en coachen van het inpakteam voor een efficiënte en prettige samenwerking
  • Opvolgen van de productieplanning en naleven van hygiëne- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften
  • Waar nodig actief meewerken bij het inpakken van producten
  • Zorgdragen voor een propere en geordende werkplek

Veiligheid en kwaliteit

  • Je werkt altijd volgens ISO- en interne procedures
  • Veiligheid van jezelf, collega’s en het product staat voorop
  • Je controleert regelmatig machines en werkprocessen op correctheid en veiligheid

  • Je hebt een positieve instelling en denkt vooruit
  • Je kan goed organiseren en hebt een basis technisch inzicht

  • Ervaring met het aansturen van een team in de voedingssector is een plus
  • Je bent bereid om in 2-ploegen te werken
  • Je hebt ervaring als inpakker of machinebediener
  • Je bent flexibel en staat open voor verschillende taken binnen je functie
