In deze rol als Inside Sales in de regio Oost- en West-Vlaanderen krijg je de kans om het eerste aanspreekpunt te zijn voor onze klanten én actief bij te dragen aan de groei van Kappa Data. Je komt terecht in een hecht team binnen een internationale, dynamische werkomgeving waar initiatief en samenwerking centraal staan.

Kappa Data is een ambitieuze en onafhankelijke Value Added Distributor, gespecialiseerd in Infrastructure, (Cyber) Security en Internet of Things. Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in De Pinte (België) en met vestigingen in Nederland (Utrecht), Frankrijk en Polen, bouwen we met zo’n 100 collega’s elke dag aan de verdere groei van onze organisatie. In een wereld waarin data explosief toeneemt en alles met elkaar verbonden is, zorgen wij voor smart, veilige en gebruiksvriendelijke oplossingen. Als Inside Sales ben jij de commerciële motor achter onze klantrelaties in Oost- en West Vlaanderen en je bouwt actief mee aan marktuitbreiding.

TAKEN • Je legt proactief telefonisch contact met klanten en brengt hun behoeften zorgvuldig in kaart.

• Je plant strategische afspraken in voor onze accountmanagers.

• Je ondersteunt je collega's bij het opstellen en professioneel opmaken van offertes.

• Je volgt actief opgestelde offertes op en zorgt ervoor dat de orders succesvol worden binnengehaald.

• Je handelt inkomende telefoongesprekken af en verwerkt bestellingen efficiënt.

• Samen met de accountmanager en je team worden er vooropgestelde doelen gezet.

• Je werkt graag samen met je team naar je target toe en voer je het vooropgestelde businessplan uit.

PROFIEL • Je bent communicatief sterk en legt gemakkelijk contacten.

• Je pakt graag de telefoon op voor klantcontacten.

• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

• Het opbouwen van langdurige klantrelaties geeft je veel energie.

• Je bent accuraat, klantgericht en professioneel.

• Je hebt interesse in IT (Cyber Security, IoT, Fysieke Netwerken) of je bent bereid je hierin verder te verdiepen.

• Je straalt leergierigheid, gedrevenheid en enthousiasme uit.

• Je beschikt over organisatorische vaardigheden en bent een kei in multitasken.

• Bovenal heb je AMBITIE & DRIVE om mee te bouwen aan ons verhaal!
