Je vertaalt technische vragen naar passende oplossingen, stelt offertes op en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige opvolging. Je werkt nauw samen met accountmanagers en technische collega's en krijgt veel ruimte om mee te denken over maatwerkoplossingen. Als Inside Sales Engineer ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, distributeurs en internationale vestigingen. Je analyseert technische aanvragen, adviseert over mogelijke toepassingen en vertaalt klantvragen naar passende commerciële en technische oplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen met accountmanagers en technische collega's in de buitendienst. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat offertes tijdig en nauwkeurig worden opgesteld en opgevolgd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Adviseren van internationale klanten en distributeurs over technische oplossingen; - Analyseren van klantvragen en vertalen naar passende productoplossingen ; - Opstellen, controleren en opvolgen van offertes ; - Onderhouden van contact met accountmanagers, klanten en internationale vestigingen; - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en mogelijke toepassingen; - Afstemmen met technische collega's over maatwerk en productmogelijkheden; - Bewaken van voortgang en opvolging van commerciële aanvragen; - Werken met ERP-systemen en Microsoft-omgeving ; - Ondersteunen van de buitendienst bij technische en commerciële vraagstukken; - Bijdragen aan een goede klantrelatie en hoge klanttevr...
