Met een eerste werkervaring in een commercieel ondersteunende rol zit je hier goed! Jouw rol: Als Inside Sales ben jij dé spil binnen een van onze Business Units. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen soepel loopt en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met onze Accountmanagers. - Offertes opstellen, opvolgen en prijsberekeningen maken; - Klanten en leveranciers ondersteunen bij lopende én nieuwe projecten; - Nieuwe opportuniteiten signaleren; - Contactpersoon zijn voor klanten: zowel telefonisch als per mail; - Voorraad- en orderbeheer bewaken; - Alles correct en volgens onze kwaliteitsprocedures vastleggen. Wat breng je mee? - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in commerciële richting; - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een commerciële binnendienstrol; - Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; - Sterke communicatieve skills en commerciële drive; - Ervaring met CRM-systemen (bij voorkeur Salesforce); - Je denkt in kansen, schakelt snel en voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving; - Affiniteit met de chemische industrie?
