In deze functie werk je nauw samen met klanten, Sales en interne afdelingen en krijg je de mogelijkheid om actief mee te bouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de Inside Sales afdeling. Over de functie Als Inside Sales Medewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, Sales en interne teams. Je ondersteunt klanten gedurende het volledige commerciële proces en zorgt voor een optimale opvolging van offertes, orders en klantvragen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit; - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en deze omzetten in concrete offertes en vervolgacties; - Actief onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van klantrelaties; - Ondersteunen van de buitendienst bij commerciële trajecten en omzetgroei; - Opstellen, opvolgen en bewaken van offertes; - Begeleiden en monitoren van het volledige orderproces'; - Verwerken en bewaken van klantorders en tijdig schakelen bij afwijkingen; - Vastleggen van klantgegevens, afspraken en commerciële acties in CRM- en ERP-systemen; - Intensief samenwerken met collega's van Sales, Customer Service en andere interne afdelingen; - Meedenken over verbeteringen van commerciële processen en de verdere ontwikkeling van de Inside Sales functie.
