Lees dan snel verder! The Job: Als Sales Support Medewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het Inside Sales team. Je ondersteunt de verkoopafdeling administratief en zorgt ervoor dat processen soepel en nauwkeurig verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van de binnen- en buitendienst en draagt actief bij aan het behalen van gezamenlijke commerciële doelstellingen. Wat ga je doen? - Verwerken van verkooporders en interne inkooporders; - Controleren en opvolgen van orderbevestigingen; - Registreren en administratief afhandelen van reclamaties; - Ondersteunen van de verkoopafdeling in dagelijkse werkzaamheden; - Samenwerken met collega's van binnen- en buitendienst; - Teamspirit en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. What it takes: - MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau; - Bij voorkeur minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; Engels en/of Duits is een pré; - Ervaring met Microsoft Office; kennis van Business Central is een pré; - Een proactieve houding en oog voor detail.
