Als Inside Sales Medewerker ben je de schakel tussen de klant, het kantoor en de werkplaats. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk project, van de eerste aanvraag tot de realisatie, vlot en efficiënt verloopt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Inside Sales Medewerker:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en biedt hen een uitstekende service
  • Je verwerkt administratieve taken nauwkeurig en met oog voor detail
  • Je werkt nauw samen met een collega om projecten efficiënt op te volgen
  • Je stelt duidelijke en overzichtelijke modulefiches op voor de productieafdeling
  • Je verzorgt de facturatie van de projecten
  • Je zorgt voor volledige en correct samengestelde dossiers, zodat de werkplaats onmiddellijk aan de slag kan

De gezochte Inside Sales Medewerker:

  • Je diploma is niet relevant, een eerste administratieve werkervaring daarentegen is mooi meegenomen
  • Daarnaast beschik je over een basiskennis van facturatie
  • Een technische achtergrond is geen vereiste. Je krijgt een grondige opleiding en begeleiding om de functie volledig onder de knie te krijgen.
  • Je beschikt over een goed ruimtelijk en technisch inzicht en denkt graag mee over de uitwerking van plannen
  • Tevens communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en kan je jezelf zeer goed behelpen in het Frans.
  • Je leert snel werken met nieuwe softwareprogramma's
  • Tot slot ben je organisatorisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt moeiteloos het overzicht in dossiers en planningen
