Voor een internationale onderneming gespecialiseerd in technische meetoplossingen zijn we op zoek naar een inside sales medewerker. Het bedrijf ondersteunt klanten in onder meer de voedingsindustrie, farmaceutische sector en laboratoriumwereld.

  • Je luistert naar de behoeften van klanten en adviseert hen over geschikte oplossingen. Je geeft informatie over producten, specificaties, prijzen en leveringstermijnen. Je beantwoordt klantenvragen in het Nederlands en het Frans. Je maakt duidelijke en correcte offertes op. Je volgt offertes, aanbestedingen en leads nauwgezet op. Je neemt telefonisch contact op met klanten en bouwt commerciële opportuniteiten verder uit. Je houdt klantgegevens en het klantenbestand up-to-date. Je werkt dagelijks samen met de vertegenwoordigers op de baan. Je zorgt mee voor een professionele klantenervaring van aanvraag tot opvolging.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je behaalde bij voorkeur een bachelor of beschikt over een gelijkwaardig kennisniveau door ervaring. Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst, bij voorkeur in een technische omgeving. Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands en het Frans. Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en werkt resultaatgericht. Je bent klantgericht en weet behoeften te vertalen naar een passende oplossing. Je hebt interesse in technische producten en bent bereid om je hierin verder te verdiepen. Ervaring met CRM, Microsoft Dynamics of SAP is een pluspunt.
