Bellen, kansen zien en nieuwe klanten enthousiast maken voor technische oplossingen. Als (parttime) Inside Sales Medewerker bij Teleson combineer je commerciële vrijheid met techniek, klantcontact en een flinke dosis ondernemerschap.

Teleson is specialist in sensoren en veiligheidsschakelaars voor de maakindustrie. Vanuit Utrecht (Noord) helpt Teleson jaarlijks honderden maakbedrijven bij het vinden van betrouwbare technische oplossingen. Niet alleen door producten te leveren, maar vooral door mee te denken over de juiste toepassing, technische mogelijkheden en een betrouwbare supply chain.

Het team bestaat momenteel uit vijf collega's. Met jouw komst wordt dat team compleet met zes mensen. Samen werkt het team aan de volgende groeifase van Teleson: gezond en stabiel groeien, met behoud van de persoonlijke sfeer en manier van werken. Jouw commerciële rol binnen Teleson

Als Inside Sales Medewerker speel je een belangrijke rol in die groei. Een groot onderdeel van jouw functie is nieuwe klanten vinden en benaderen. Je gaat actief op zoek naar interessante bedrijven binnen de maakindustrie, pakt de telefoon en legt contact.

Dat vraagt om initiatief en een flinke dosis lef. Je bent niet bang voor een koude acquisitie en vindt het juist interessant om een onbekend bedrijf te bellen. Je stelt vragen, vraagt door en probeert te ontdekken waar kansen liggen.

Een eerste gesprek hoeft niet direct een order op te leveren. Het gaat erom dat je een relatie opbouwt en ontdekt of Teleson iets voor deze organisatie kan betekenen.

Daarbij mag je soms best een beetje extra nieuwsgierig zijn. Een eerste contactpersoon die zegt dat je iemand anders moet hebben? Dan zoek je uit wie dat is. Een prospect die niet direct enthousiast is? Dan vraag jij door.
