Wat ga je doen?

Jouw missie: van prospects klanten maken, via telefoon en e-mail, van A tot Z.

Dagelijks beheer je een portefeuille van inkomende en uitgaande leads. Sommige komen van prospectlijsten, andere via het banknetwerk, events of klantaanbevelingen. In alle gevallen ben jij degene die het gesprek voert tot aan de handtekening.

Concreet:

  • Je contacteert handelaars, kmo's en ondernemingen om hen de meest geschikte betalingsoplossing voor te stellen.
  • Je beheert de volledige verkoopcyclus: eerste contact, kwalificatie, offerte, onderhandeling, closing.
  • Je houdt je pipeline nauwkeurig bij in het CRM (Salesforce).
  • Je werkt samen met teams van de bankgroep om leads te genereren en op te volgen.
  • Wanneer een dossier meer dan 10 terminals omvat, geef je het door aan het terreinteam — maar jij hebt het fundament gelegd.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de teamdynamiek: best practices delen, elkaar ondersteunen, samen de collectieve targets halen.

Concreet voorbeeld: Een lead komt binnen via een partnerbankkantoor — een restaurant dat zijn terminals wil vernieuwen. Jij belt, brengt de nood in kaart, bouwt een offerte, behandelt de bezwaren en sluit de deal. Eenvoudig in theorie, elke keer een echt commercieel parcours in de praktijk.

Wat verwachten we van je?

  • Je hebt minimum 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële rol, bij voorkeur in inside sales of telefonische verkoop. Je weet wat het is om met targets te werken — en je vindt het leuk. Het is jouw motor, niet jouw stressbron.
  • Geen specifiek diploma vereist. Het is jouw commercieel trackrecord dat voor jou spreekt.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en het Frans, mondeling én schriftelijk. Een goede kennis van het Engels is een mooie troef.
  • Je hebt een hunters mentaliteit: je laat een opportuniteit niet zomaar liggen, je volgt op, je speelt in op bezwaren en je maakt af wat je begint.
  • Je bent georganiseerd, nauwkeurig in je administratieve opvolging en vertrouwd met een CRM.
  • Je functioneert goed in team, maar kan ook zelfstandig vooruit.
