Inside Sales Representative - Beringen/Paal - voltijdse functie

Ben jij een echte verkoper die energie haalt uit klantcontact? Als Inside Sales Representative speel je een cruciale rol in het stimuleren van onze verkoopgroei en het onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties.

  • Communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels?
  • Ben je comfortabel met technische informatie en details?

In deze functie ga je aan de slag met:

  • Klantbetrokkenheid: Je interacteert met klanten via telefoon en e-mail, begrijpt hun behoeften en biedt op maat gemaakte oplossingen.
  • Verkoopontwikkeling: Je identificeert nieuwe zakelijke kansen en genereert leads om onze klantenkring uit te breiden.
  • Offertes en contracten: Je bereidt nauwkeurige en tijdige prijsopgaven en voorstellen voor in samenwerking met ons verkoopteam.
  • Samenwerking: Je werkt samen met de Outside Sales Representatives om hun initiatieven te ondersteunen en zorgt voor naadloze klantinteracties.
  • Klantrelatiebeheer: Je bouwt sterke relaties op met bestaande klanten, behandelt hun vragen en biedt voortdurende ondersteuning.

Wat breng jij mee om te slagen in deze functie?

  • Bewezen verkoopervaring: Je hebt aantoonbaar succes in een soortgelijke (binnendienst) verkoopfunctie, bij voorkeur in de modulaire bouw of een gerelateerde sector.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden: Je hebt sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Klantgerichtheid: Je hebt een klantgerichte benadering en kunt klantbehoeften effectief begrijpen en aanpakken.
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen: Bekendheid met een ERP-systeem, bij voorkeur Navision, is een pluspunt.
  • Technisch inzicht: Je bent in staat om technische informatie te begrijpen en toe te passen, wat essentieel is in de modulaire bouwsector.
  • Teamspeler: Je kunt goed samenwerken met verschillende interne teams.
  • Zelfgemotiveerd: Je bent proactief en resultaatgericht, met een hoog niveau van initiatief.
