Als Inside Sales Representative beheer je een portfolio van bestaande klanten. Je bouwt sterke relaties op en zorgt voor duurzame samenwerkingen. Je denkt actief mee met klanten en adviseert hen over oplossingen die aansluiten bij hun noden.

Mijn klant is een internationale speler en technologische leider die dagelijks bedrijven en werknemers ondersteunt. Met duizenden medewerkers wereldwijd werken we aan één duidelijke missie: de wereld van werk eenvoudiger, veiliger en efficiënter maken.

We ontwikkelen innovatieve oplossingen die het welzijn en de koopkracht van werknemers verbeteren, bedrijven aantrekkelijker en performanter maken, en bijdragen aan de lokale economie.

Omschrijving

  • Je beheert telefonisch een portefeuille van bestaande klanten
  • Je analyseert je klanten en spot groeikansen via: Upselling (meerwaarde creëren binnen bestaande producten) Cross-selling (uitbreiden van productgebruik bij bestaande klanten)
  • Je adviseert klanten op maat, met focus op tevredenheid en retentie
  • Je behaalt je KPI's (gemiddeld 10 calls per dag met HR-contactpersonen)
  • Je beheert je pipeline en activiteiten via een CRM-systeem
  • Je zorgt voor vlotte communicatie tussen klant en interne diensten
  • Je rapporteert aan de sales manager.
  • Eerste ervaring in B2B sales (bij voorkeur telefonisch/remote)
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office en CRM-systemen
  • Vlot Nederlands, Frans is een plus!
  • Commercieel, communicatief en empathisch ingesteld
  • Sterk in adviseren en overtuigen
  • Resultaatgericht en in staat om doelstellingen te behalen
  • Goede time management en organisatorische skills
  • Interesse in technologie en zin voor uitdaging
