Vanuit hun Belgische vestiging bedienen zij klanten in heel het land en werken ze dagelijks samen met middelgrote en grote bedrijven. Dankzij hun sterke groei, innovatieve kijk op de markt en mensgerichte cultuur bieden ze medewerkers een professionele omgeving waar ontwikkeling, autonomie en werkplezier centraal staan.

Omschrijving

  • Beheren van een eigen portefeuille van bestaande B2B-klanten.
  • Onderhouden van commerciële klantenrelaties via telefoon en videocalls.
  • Opvolgen van aflopende contracten en adviseren over de meest geschikte oplossingen.
  • Identificeren van commerciële opportuniteiten binnen bestaande klantenrelaties.
  • Uitwerken en toelichten van offertes en contractvoorstellen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's van sales support, customer service en buitendienst.
  • Correct verwerken van klantgegevens, contracten en administratieve opvolging.
  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Heeft bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring binnen internal sales, commerciële binnendienst, customer service of sales.
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en heeft een goede professionele kennis van het Frans en Engels.
  • Is klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en overtuigend in gesprekken.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en houdt administratieve dossiers correct bij.
  • Durft initiatief nemen en werkt zelfstandig.
  • Zoekt een functie met groeipotentieel binnen een professionele organisatie.
