Onze klant is een toonaangevende distributiepartner binnen de convenience- en foodsector. Dagelijks zorgen zij ervoor dat duizenden producten hun weg vinden naar onder andere tankstations, supermarkten, buurtwinkels, recreatieparken en horecazaken. Om hun commerciële dienstverlening verder te ondersteunen, zijn zij op zoek naar een gedreven Account Support Medewerker.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Account Support Medewerker ondersteun je de accountmanagers en zorg je ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een vlotte en professionele dienstverlening. Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met een klantgerichte aanpak en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen verschillende interne afdelingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteunen van accountmanagers bij de dagelijkse opvolging van klanten.
  • Verwerken en beheren van klantgegevens, contracten en commerciële afspraken.
  • Opstellen van rapporten, offertes en administratieve documenten.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten en interne stakeholders.
  • Opvolgen van commerciële dossiers en acties.
  • Coördineren met afdelingen zoals customer service, logistiek en finance.
  • Bewaken van deadlines en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een optimale klanttevredenheid en dienstverlening.

PROFIEL

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen administratie, sales support, customer service of account support.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht.
  • Je kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken en prioriteiten.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel.
  • Je bent proactief, leergierig en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen en stakeholders.
