* Sämtliche Arbeiten im Bereich Installations- und Gebäudetechnik

* Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten der Trinkwasserversorgungsanlagen

* Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten des Kanal- und Regenleitungsnetzes

* Grabungsarbeiten und Neuverlegung von Trinkwasser-, Regen- und Abwasserleitungen

* Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Lüftungsanlagen

* Unterstützung der Haustechnik in Restaurants und Personalhäusern

¿ Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Installations- und Gebäudetechniker_in von Vorteil

* Auch Quereinsteiger_innen mit handwerklichem Geschick willkommen

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

* Schwindelfreiheit von Vorteil

* Teamfähigkeit sowie freundliches und hilfsbereites Auftreten

* Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Körperliche und geistige Eignung
