Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Schloss Hof suchen wir eine*n 1 Installations- und Gebäudetechniker (m/w/d) - Schloss Hof/NÖ Einstieg ab sofort möglich, 37,5 Stunden

IHR AUFTRAG

Unsere Aufgabe besteht darin, Verantwortung für unser kulturelles Erbe zu übernehmen. Sie bringen ein großes Herz für Natur, Tiere und Menschen mit und kennen die Region nicht nur von der Karte. Als Teammitglied tragen Sie einen wichtigen Teil zur Pflege der barocken Gartenanlage bei:

* Betrieb und Instandhaltung der HLS-Anlagen, der Zierbrunnen und der Brauchwasserversorgung

* Beaufsichtigung von Fremdfirmen

* Durchführung von kleinen HLS-Reparaturarbeiten

* Betreuung der Gebäudeleittechnik in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebselektriker

* Einholung von Kostenvoranschlägen für Reparaturen

* Betreuung von maschinentechnischen Einrichtungen (Aufzüge, Torantriebe)

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT Programmen

* Führerschein Klasse B

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse
