‘Don’t judge a book by its cover’ klinkt op zich goed, maar iedereen die iets van mode kent weet beter. Looks matter, en dat geldt zowel voor je outfit als voor de winkel waar je ‘m gaat halen. Wie een ZEB-winkel binnenstapt, moet helemaal kopje onder kunnen gaan in onze wereld. En dus zoeken wij iemand die die wereld kan visualiseren. Ben jij onze nieuwe Instore Visual Merchandiser (38u/week)?

Wat je zoal doet: trends najagen, outfits samenstellen, de winkel aankleden, en je stijladvies delen met klanten en collega’s. Het is dankzij jou dat klanten verder snuisteren dan de etalage. Hoe je de winkel graag aankleedt, daar stel je zelf een plan voor op. Doe je ding, dus, zolang het maar helemaal ZEB is.

  • Je bent geen nieuwtje meer in de wereld van verkoop. Je weet heel goed wat een klant van ‘oh?’ naar ‘oh my god!’ doet gaan, en daar speel je slim op in. Met kennis van zaken, maar ook van mensen.
  • Je bent een visueel beestje. Zelf merk je altijd en overal de details op. Je weet dus heel goed hoe je dingen aankleedt om zoveel mogelijk sfeer te scheppen. En aandacht te trekken, natuurlijk.
  • Een boon hebben voor mode, dat is een non-negotiable. Je krijgt het warm van nieuwe trends en hebt er graag en vaak uitgesproken meningen over. Bovendien hou je ervan om die nieuwe trends helemaal naar je eigen— en dus ook ZEB's — hand te zetten. Low-waisted broeken, any takers?
  • Flexibiliteit is één van je grote sterktes. Een spagaat hoef je niet te kunnen, een variabel werkschema aanhouden wél. Je werkt 30u/week en kan ook in het weekend of op feestdagen ingepland worden. Voor jou is er gelukkig weinig verschil tussen een zaterdag en een dinsdag.
