Je krijgt de kans om jouw commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden in te zetten en verder te ontwikkelen. Met jouw proactieve aanpak speel je een belangrijke rol in het vinden van de juiste match tussen kandidaten en werkgevers, terwijl je tegelijkertijd bouwt aan duurzame relaties in een snel veranderende arbeidsmarkt. Wat je gaat doen: - Actief zoeken: naar geschikte kandidaten via verschillende kanalen en hen begeleiden tijdens het sollicitatieproces; - Relaties opbouwen: en onderhouden met zowel nieuwe als bestaande klanten in de regio; - Kansen signaleren: in de markt en deze benutten om commerciële successen te behalen; - Zorgdragen: voor een nauwkeurige administratieve afhandeling van dossiers en processen; - Snel schakelen: en inspelen op veranderingen in de arbeidsmarkt om vraag en aanbod optimaal te matchen.
