Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Interieurarchitect B2B projecten vertaal je internationale retail- en horecaconcepten naar technisch uitgewerkte en realiseerbare ontwerpen voor Belgische locaties.

  • Je vertaalt bestaande retail- en horecaconcepten naar concrete plannen voor Belgische vestigingen.
  • Je werkt technische tekeningen, uitvoeringsplannen en ruimte-indelingen uit in Archicad.
  • Je denkt mee na over materiaalkeuzes binnen de vooropgestelde budgetten en levertermijnen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat ontwerpen technisch haalbaar en praktisch uitvoerbaar zijn.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met projectmanagers, aannemers en leveranciers tijdens de verschillende projectfases.
  • Je bouwt gespecialiseerde expertise op binnen de retail- en hospitalitysector.
  • Je gaat af en toe mee naar werven of kick-offmeetings om projecten van dichtbij op te volgen, wat zorgt voor de nodige afwisseling.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar iemand:

  • Met een technisch sterk profiel met een opleiding in interieurarchitectuur, toegepaste architectuur, assistent-architectuur of een gelijkwaardige achtergrond.
  • Met een goede kennis van Archicad en oog heeft voor detail, waardoor je concepten vlot kan vertalen naar technisch uitvoerbare plannen.
  • Die leergierig en gemotiveerd is om zich verder te verdiepen in de wereld van retail- en horecaprojecten. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt praktisch mee en voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waar samenwerking en kennisdeling centraal staan.
  • Die niet bang is om initiatief te nemen en deze functie ziet als een kans om zichzelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een gespecialiseerde nichemarkt.
