Interim Jurist Sociaal Verzekeringsrecht Interim 36 uur Nederland Interim jurist sociaal verzekeringsrecht (zzp) Iemand krijgt geen WIA-uitkering. De WW wordt stopgezet. De gemeente weigert hulp vanuit de Wmo. Jij zoekt uit of dat klopt, en als het niet klopt, ga je ertegenin. Je staat aan de kant van de cliënt. Voor een landelijke juridische dienstverlener zoeken we twee ervaren zzp'ers voor drie maanden, fulltime. Ze willen snel starten, dus we zijn nu al aan het selecteren. Publicatie datum: 12-10-2026 Praktisch: ZZP of detachering mogelijk Duur: 3 maanden, start zo snel mogelijk Uren: 36 tot 38 uur per week Locatie: Arnhem of Groningen heeft de voorkeur. Amsterdam, Den Bosch, Roermond en Zoetermeer zijn ook mogelijk. Functie informatie Wat ga je doen? Je behandelt zelfstandig dossiers in het sociaal verzekeringsrecht Je schrijft bezwaar- en beroepschriften en processtukken Je onderhandelt met het UWV en gemeenten en procedeert namens cliënten Je bespreekt met cliënten wat er speelt en welke aanpak je kiest Je schakelt deskundigen in als dat nodig is, bijvoorbeeld een verzekeringsarts Je werkt in een team van specialisten. Iedereen draait zijn eigen dossiers, maar er is altijd iemand om mee te sparren over een lastige zaak. Functie eisen Wat vragen we? - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding Rechten - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in het sociaal verzekeringsrecht - Ervaring met WW, WIA, Ziektewet, Wmo, Jeugdwet en Participatiewet - Je hebt zelf bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures gedaan - Je kunt per direct 36 tot 38 uur per week aan de slag Mooi meegenomen - Je gebruikt AI al in je juridische werk, of je wilt dat graag Aanbod Iets voor jou?
