Wir suchen 1 Interior Designer_in / Raumplaner_in für Restaurantplanung Beginn: ab sofort

für XXXLutz und Mömax im DACH Raum, Dienstort: Wels (OÖ)

Standort: XXXLutz Zentrale 4600 Wels - Römerstraße 39

Aufgaben

* Entwurfsplanung inkl. Design- und Materialkonzepten für XXXLutz und Mömax Restaurants im DACH-Raum

* Ausführungs- und Detailplanung des Gastraumes einschließlich aller angeschlossenen Betriebs-, Lager- und Nebenräume

* Erstellung von Installations- und Detailplänen inkl. Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Betrieben

* Erstellung von Leistungsbeschreibungen und Ausschreibungsunterlagen als Grundlage für die Auftragserteilung

* Selbstständige Abwicklung der Aufträge, von Angebotsprüfung bis hin zum Vergabegespräch

* Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen vor Ort sowie laufende Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit allen Projektbeteiligten

* Koordinierung, Kontrolle und Abnahme der Einrichtung

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Innenarchitektur, Architektur, Raum-/Innenraumgestaltung (HTL oder Studium) oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung

* Sicherer Umgang mit einem der gängigen CAD Programme (Auto Cad, Archi Cad, ALLplan)

* Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des DACH-Raums zu den jeweiligen Restaurants

* Führerschein B

* Gute MS Office Kenntnisse

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Zuverlässige, klare Kommunikation
