Voor een toonaangevende Accountancy, Audit- en Advisorygroep zijn we op zoek naar Accounting & Operations Manager waar je aan de slag gaat als Manager voor de interne boekhouding van de groep zelf. In deze rol stuur je een team aan van 7 personen (AP, GL, Credit).

Jobomschrijving

Als Interne Accounting & Operations Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team van 7 Finance professionals (GL Accountants, AP Accountants & Credit Controllers) en draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor drie kritische pijlers:

General Ledger (GL)

  • Verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige afsluiting van +/- 90 vennootschappen (maand, kwartaal, jaar)
  • Opmaken en neerleggen van jaarrekeningen, vennootschapsbelastingaangiftes en jaarverslagen
  • Coördineren van BTW-aangiftes, RV-aangiftes en intercompany aansluitingen
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit van de consolidatie

Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Correct en efficiënt beheer van leveranciersbetalingen en facturatieverwerking
  • Bewaken van doorlooptijden, betaalcondities en interne controle
  • Procesoptimalisaties doorvoeren en automatisering stimuleren

Credit Control & Collection

  • Opvolging van openstaande klantenrekeningen en tijdige signalering van risico's
  • Bewaken van het credit management beleid en de cashflow
  • Ondersteunen van de Lead Credit & Collection in de verdere structurering van het team.

  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CFO en werkt nauw samen met het Business Controlling team.
  • Je coördineert de financiële integratie van elk nieuw kantoor dat aansluit bij de group.
  • Je bewaakt processen kritisch en neemt initiatief naar meer efficiëntie en betere werkmethodes
  • Je draagt bij aan cross-departementale projecten en vertegenwoordigt Finance Operations op directieniveau
  • Je brengt structuur, rust en richting in een team dat volop in beweging is
  • Je fungeert als escalatiepunt wanneer dossiers, samenwerking of werkdruk vastlopen.

  • Master/ Bachelor in Accountancy, Finance, Economie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimum 10 jaar relevante ervaring in GL Accounting, Auditing en/of Financial Controlling
  • Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring. je weet hoe je een team ontwikkelt, coacht en aanstuurt
  • Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen inhoud, organisatie en mensen
  • Je durft knopen door te hakken, maar verliest het team niet uit het oog
  • People-minded: je bent zichtbaar, aanspreekbaar en betrokken
  • Analytisch scherp, maar ook praktisch en pragmatisch
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Kennis hoe een Accountancy, Audit- en Advisorygroep werkt is een plus maar zeker geen must.
