Tekstgrootte Intern begeleider Onze intern begeleiders (IB) organiseren, coördineren en bewaken de zorg voor onze leerlingen en houden de leeropbrengsten van de kinderen in het oog. Zij zijn de spin in het web wat betreft de zorg die de school biedt aan kinderen met verschillende ontwikkelingsniveaus. De intern begeleiders houden het overzicht over het leerlingvolgsysteem en de (digitale)dossiers. Ze hebben regelmatig groeps- en leerlingbesprekingen met stamgroepleiders, bezoeken de groepen en voeren observaties uit. Daarnaast ondersteunen de IB'ers de stamgroepleiders bij het signaleren, analyseren en hulp bieden bij problemen. Extra ondersteuning Leerlingen met leerproblemen, leerachterstanden (of juist een voorsprong) en/of met sociaal-emotionele problemen krijgen extra ondersteuning van de stamgroepleider. Deze stelt een handelingsplan op, eventueel in overleg of met hulp van de intern begeleider. Soms heeft een leerling meer zorg nodig. In dat geval kijken de stamgroepleider en intern begeleider samen naar de behoeften en mogelijkheden van het kind en proberen we in overleg met u als ouders de zorg voor uw kind zo goed mogelijk te organiseren. Soms is het daarbij nodig om externe deskundigen in te schakelen. Contacten met zorginstanties Een intern begeleider onderhoudt contacten met allerlei zorginstanties zoals bijvoorbeeld het CJG, GGZ, Schoolmaatschappelijk Werk, ambulant begeleiders, logopedie enz. Daarnaast is er veel contact tussen IB-ers onderling, waarbij ze kunnen sparren over hun werkzaamheden en de ontwikkelingen in de leerlingenzorg. Zo bezoekt onze intern begeleider regelmatig "IB-netwerk" bijeenkomsten van het samenwerkingsverband PPO Delflanden. Tijdens deze bijeenkomsten wordt allerlei informatie en kennis uitgewisseld tussen intern begeleiders van alle scholen uit Lansingerland, Pijnacker, Nootdorp en Delft. Ook vormt ze samen met een groep RK scholen uit Lansingerland een IB cluster en maakt ze deel uit...
