Wil jij werken in een verzekeringskantoor waar persoonlijke service geen marketingzin is, maar gewoon dagelijkse praktijk?

Bij Verzekeringskantoor Kinsabil-Lootens in Gistel staat de klant écht centraal. Elk dossier, elke vraag en elk schadegeval krijgt bij ons de aandacht die het verdient — mét kennis van zaken en een luisterend oor.

Als exclusief consulent van DVV Verzekeringen maken Olivier en zijn team deel uit van een sterke en stabiele groep. Om dat team verder te versterken, zoeken we een Intern commercieel bediende die graag mee de schouders zet onder een vlotte afhandeling en duurzame klantenrelaties. Iemand die orde schept in dossiers én rust brengt bij klanten.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

Als Intern Commercieel Bediende ben jij een vaste waarde voor klanten, ook wanneer het even niet vanzelf loopt. Je combineert administratie, opvolging en communicatie in een gevarieerde job waar geen enkele dag helemaal hetzelfde is (en dat maakt het net leuk).

Concreet betekent dit dat jij:

· Het uitwerken van financiële voorstellen, polissen en dossierwijzigingen tot in de puntjes

· Het voorbereiden en opvolgen van dossiers en offertes, zodat alles vlot en correct verloopt

· Het telefonisch vastleggen van afspraken voor jezelf en je collega in de verkoop, en zo actief bijdragen aan de groei van Kinsabil-Lootens

· Het warm onthalen van klanten en hen ondersteunen bij hun vragen (jouw glimlach doet al veel)

· Het aanvoelen van commerciële opportuniteiten en deze delen met je collega’s

· Het beheren van verzekeringsdossiers van A tot Z, inclusief die kleine lettertjes waar niemand graag over struikelt

· Het mee opbouwen van langetermijnrelaties dankzij jouw servicegerichte aanpak

Kortom: dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid, betrokkenheid en gezond verstand kunnen klanten rekenen op een professionele afhandeling, zonder extra kopzorgen.

Wie zoeken wij?

We zoeken iemand die graag mensen helpt, energie haalt uit structuur en administratie, en zich thuis voelt in een hecht team.

ð Je beschikt over een bachelor of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen de verzekeringssector

ð Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring (je weet dus perfect wat je doet)

ð Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands

ð Klantencontact en administratie? Helemaal jouw ding

ð Je communiceert empathisch, duidelijk en correct, ook wanneer het gesprek wat gevoeliger ligt

ð Je bent een teamplayer met een open en positieve communicatiestijl

Maar vooral: je stelt de klant centraal, dankzij jouw proactiviteit, organisatietalent en oog voor detail.
