De functie inhoud Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als internal sales?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten, zowel telefonisch als via mail.
  • Klanten volg je van A tot Z op. Dit gaat van opmaak van een offerte tot de commerciële administratie.
  • Daarnaast sta je in voor de ingave en opvolging van orders. Je staat klanten te woord bij vragen of problemen.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning aan het externe sales team.
  • Op termijn wil je graag creatief meedenken met de klanten om zo te komen tot een op maat gemaakte oplossing.

Onze klant Je komt terecht in een familiaal bedrijf in de regio van Meulebeke. Deze onderneming is uitgegroeid tot een topspeler binnen zijn nichemarkt van Europees hardhout. Zo zijn ze een internationaal toonaangevende speler in o.a. de Benelux, Frankrijk, Zwitserland, Scandinavië, etc. Hier wordt niet alleen geïnvesteerd in innovatieve en duurzame technologie, maar ook in hun medewerkers. Je komt terecht in een hecht team van getalenteerde mensen, die staan te popelen om jou te verwelkomen. Als internal sales herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring binnen een commerciële functie.
  • Commercieel, klantvriendelijk en enthousiast zijn woorden die jou het best omschrijven.
  • Je houdt ervan om je talenkennis te gebruiken. Naast het Nederlands, ben je ook vlot in het Frans en Engels (Duits is een mooie plus).
