Wij zoeken een Internal Sales Coordinator die onze Commerciële Binnendienstmedewerkers binnen de unit Kabelassemblage aanstuurt, coördineert en begeleidt. Je organiseert verbetergerichte acties die de klantentevredenheid en samenwerking in je team en over de afdelingen heen verder optimaliseren. Goede afspraken en communicatie staan daarbij centraal. Je kennis over SAP komt daarbij goed van pas!

Jouw uitdaging

  • Als Internal Sales Coordinator ben je voor onze industriële activiteit Kabelassemblage verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, coördineren en begeleiden van de commerciële binnendienst (3 tot 4 mensen).
  • Je volgt zelf ook een aantal klantendossiers op om voeling te blijven houden met het operationele.
  • Je ontwikkelt en beheert tools (vb. dashboards, KPI’s) die de uitvoering van de strategie en het jaaractieplan in de dagelijkse werking bevorderen.
  • Kortom: je hebt een sleutelrol in changetrajecten en bent de trekker die garant staat voor de uitbouw van een kwaliteitsvolle commerciële binnendienst waar klantentevredenheid, betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie binnen een ISO-conforme omgeving centraal staat.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de supply chain manager.
  • Je beschikt minstens over een bachelordiploma én relevante commerciële ervaring, bij voorkeur in een productie-omgeving.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, getuigt van een kritische blik en denkt procesmatig.
  • Klantgerichtheid, vlotte communicatie en commerciële feeling typeren jou.
  • Tevens ben je resultaatgericht, besluitvaardig en beschik je over leidinggevende capaciteiten om een team aan te sturen.
  • Kennis en/of ervaring met SAP en Excel is van grote meerwaarde.
