De functie inhoud In deze Internal Sales ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor bestaande klanten en begeleid je hun aanvragen van A tot Z.

  • Je luistert naar technische vragen en vertaalt deze naar de juiste oplossing
  • Aan de hand van technische tekeningen en digitale catalogi identificeer je de correcte onderdelen
  • Je maakt offertes op, bepaalt prijzen en volgt het commerciële traject verder op
  • Door actief mee te denken, stel je ook aanvullende producten of onderdelen voor wanneer die relevant zijn
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte verwerking en opvolging van bestellingen
  • Samen met de buitendienst en interne afdelingen zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot wordt afgehandeld

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Een achtergrond binnen automotive, mechanica, techniek of technische onderdelen is een sterke troef
  • Je hebt idealiter 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring
  • Technische tekeningen en productcatalogi zijn je niet vreemd
  • Commercieel denken en klanten adviseren geven je energie
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je dossiers
  • MS Office, ERP-systemen en digitale toepassingen leer je snel aan
  • Je bent bewust op zoek naar een technisch-commerciële bureaufunctie waarin je jouw expertise verder kunt uitbouwen
