Deze Belgische KMO ontwikkelt en verdeelt praktische producten voor tuin, zwembad, vijver en dierenverzorging en heeft een sterk verkoopnetwerk in België, Nederland en Frankrijk. Met 70 tot 80 medewerkers en een omzet van ongeveer €28 miljoen combineert het bedrijf een stevige basis met verdere groeiambities. De cultuur is open en ondernemend: collega's helpen elkaar, communiceren duidelijk en krijgen ruimte om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Jij houdt het commerciële proces op koers

Als Internal Sales Medewerker ondersteun je de buitendienst en zorg je dat de verkoopadministratie voor Frankrijk en de Benelux correct en efficiënt verloopt.

  • Je verwerkt, bevestigt en volgt bestellingen zorgvuldig op.
  • Je organiseert het transport naar klanten en bewaakt de leveropvolging.
  • Je verzorgt de facturatie en maakt creditnota's op wanneer nodig.
  • Je houdt klantengegevens, prijzen en verkoopvoorwaarden correct bij in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten en vertegenwoordigers en zorgt voor een duidelijke opvolging.
  • Je volgt de productbeschikbaarheid op en communiceert hierover tijdig.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen in administratieve processen en systemen.

Nauwkeurig, klantgericht en sterk in talen

Je houdt van structuur, werkt zorgvuldig en krijgt voldoening van dossiers die correct van begin tot einde worden opgevolgd.

  • Je beheerst Nederlands en Frans uitstekend.
  • Ervaring met e-commerce is een must.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en met veel oog voor detail.
  • Je bent administratief en systeemmatig sterk en werkt vlot met een ERP-systeem.
  • Je communiceert professioneel met klanten, vertegenwoordigers en collega's.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt mee en volgt afspraken zelfstandig op.
  • Je bent flexibel, klantgericht en werkt graag samen.
