Het Internal Salesteam telt 2 mensen en zoekt een 3de collega als versterking van het team.

Jouw gevarieerd takenpakket: Orders verwerken en gegevens invoeren

De orderafhandeling verzorgen (leverdata bevestigen, orderbevestigingen met prijzen versturen, enz.)

Controleren of orders financieel zijn goedgekeurd

De buitendienstmedewerker ondersteunen

Prijsopgaven opstellen en producten of diensten aanbieden die aansluiten bij de behoeften van de klant

Klachten en vragen van klanten afhandelen

De database bijwerken

Contact onderhouden met klanten

Telefoongesprekken afhandelen

Boekhouding: toezien op correcte facturatie en prijsstelling

Rekeningoverzichten en betalingsherinneringen versturen

Andere diensten en afdelingen ondersteunen

Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een Bachelordiploma.

Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.

Jouw kennis N/F is heel goed (dagelijks gebruik). Vlotte kennis Engels is een troef.

Je kan discreet omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie.

Je bent dynamisch, communicatief en proactief.

Je ben computervaardig: je beheerst Word en Excel goed. Kennis Navision is een troef.
