Voor een wereldwijde marktleider in digitale display-oplossingen voor etalages, zijn wij op zoek naar een Internal Sales Support & Administration Medewerker. In deze veelzijdige functie ondersteun je de verkoop- en klantenserviceactiviteiten en vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, partners en interne afdelingen. Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met commerciële feeling en technische affiniteit. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent verlopen installaties, klantopvolging en administratieve processen vlekkeloos.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Het geven van hardware- en softwaretrainingen aan klanten.
  • Het aanmaken en beheren van klantaccounts.
  • Het bieden van technische ondersteuning via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Het onderhouden van contact met klanten vóór, tijdens en na de installatie van producten.
  • Het plannen en coördineren van installaties op locatie.
  • Het verzorgen van de facturatie en het opvolgen van betalingen.
  • Het fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor softwarepartners en externe leveranciers.
  • Het afstemmen met de ontwerpafdeling over materiaalbeschrijvingen, technische documenten en projectinformatie.
  • Het plaatsen van bestellingen en het opvolgen van de voorraad en materialen.
  • Het ondersteunen van het sales team bij administratieve en operationele taken.

Profiel

  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over sterke administratieve vaardigheden en werkt uiterst nauwkeurig.
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en stelt de klant steeds centraal.
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd of hebt ervaring met digitale producten en software.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en functioneert goed binnen een team.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
  • Ervaring met CRM-systemen vormt een bijkomende troef.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht mee.
