Ondersteun jij ons internationaal Aftermarket Sales netwerk met jouw technisch inzicht?

· Als Internal Technical Sales Support ga je samen met onze verkopers op zoek naar een oplossing op maat van de klant. Je biedt technische en administratieve ondersteuning aan het Aftermarket Sales netwerk binnen de EMEA regio. Je supporteert bij het opmaken van offertes, door de correcte selectie van wisselstukken – inclusief prijsbepaling - voor te bereiden. Ook algemene technische ondersteuning aan onze Sales en Service collega’s voor of na verkoop, hoort hierbij.

· Je zorgt ervoor dat onze interne databases (parts catalogus, geïnstalleerde toestellen, website OEM parts en services, …) up to date zijn met de correcte informatie betreffende zowel commerciële, technische en niet-technische gegevens. Regelmatige contacten met verschillende afdelingen (marketing, engineering, productie, aankoop, ...) zijn hiervoor cruciaal.

· Naast het updaten van de databases, zorg je er ook voor dat alle betrokken afdelingen tijdig en correct geïnformeerd worden over doorgevoerde wijzigingen.

· Bij de verwerking van bestellingen van wisselstukken, bied je technische support aan de collega’s van order processing bij meer complexe vragen.

Combineer jij technische affiniteit met een sterk oog voor detail?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in een technische richting en combineert dit diploma bij voorkeur met enkele jaren ervaring in een technische productieomgeving.
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling). Kennis van het Frans is een meerwaarde.
  • De Office 365 pakketten (Word, Excel) hebben voor jou geen geheimen. Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Het bieden van administratieve ondersteuning is jou op het lijf geschreven, mede dankzij jouw oog voor detail en sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je communiceert vlot en doelgericht, gaat actief op zoek naar ontbrekende informatie en brengt deze correct over, zowel intern als extern.
  • Klantgerichtheid draag je hoog in het vaandel. Je houdt ervan om anderen te helpen en gaat oplossingsgericht te werk bij problemen.
  • Je gaat graag zelfstandig op zoek naar oplossingen en tegelijkertijd is het voor jou belangrijk deel uit te maken van een team dat op jouw bijdrage kan rekenen.
