Internationaal Financial Controller - 40 uur - 5000-6000 - HBO - Amsterdam - 5 tot 10 jaar - 40 uur In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor onder andere: - Het volledig verzorgen en bewaken van de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen. - Het opstellen van financiële rapportages volgens internationale groepsrichtlijnen. - Het voorbereiden van de jaarrekening en begeleiden van de externe accountantscontrole. - Het beheren van de grootboekadministratie, balansspecificaties en financiële subadministraties. - Het rapporteren van financiële resultaten richting internationale stakeholders en het hoofdkantoor. - Het opstellen van budgetten, forecasts, cashflowprognoses en managementrapportages. - Het analyseren van financiële prestaties, KPI's en afwijkingen en hierover adviseren richting management. - Het verzorgen en bewaken van fiscale verplichtingen, waaronder BTW- en VPB-aangiften. - Het monitoren van liquiditeit, werkkapitaal en cashflow. - Het functioneel aansturen en coördineren van de financiële administratie (waaronder AP, AR en payrollprocessen). - Het verbeteren van debiteurenbeheer en optimaliseren van werkkapitaal. - Het versterken van interne controles, compliance en financiële processen. - Het optimaliseren, standaardiseren en automatiseren van financiële workflows. - Het optreden als business partner voor de Managing Director en het lokale managementteam. - Het ondersteunen van financiële projecten, systeemverbeteringen en procesimplementaties.
