Ihre Aufgaben:

* Postfach-/Terminkoordination und Reiseorganisation

* Anforderung und Qualitätsprüfung von Vertragsunterlagen sowie deren Vorbereitung für den internen Freigabeprozess

* Organisation, Protokollierung und Nachbereitung internationaler Meetings sowie Nachhalten verabschiedeter Maßnahmen

* Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Führungskräften bei operativen und organisatorischen Themen unserer Landesgesellschaften

Ihr Profil:

* Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich, Verkauf oder Vertrieb von großem Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke

* Sicheres Auftreten im internationalen Umfeld

* Reisebereitschaft

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
