Das erwartet dich

* Im Rahmen des 18-monatigen Programms wirst du internationale Projekte aus dem HR-Bereich aktiv begleiten und mitgestalten.

* Du wirst unterschiedliche HR-Rollen kennenlernen wie z.B. HR Business Partner, HR Beratung, Personalentwicklung oder HR Projektmanager:in.

* Du übernimmst von Anfang an Verantwortung und bringst dich aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft ein; dabei erstellst du unter anderem Reportings für Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Präsentationen und führst Eingaben in unseren HR-Systemen (u.a. SAP HCM, eRecruiter, etc.) durch.

* Du lernst die verschiedenen Geschäftsbereiche der Porsche Holding kennen und erhältst einen umfassenden Überblick über das Unternehmen. Dadurch gewinnst du wertvolle Einblicke, knüpfst ein starkes Netzwerk und legst den idealen Grundstein für deine Karriere bei der Porsche Holding.

Das bringst du mit

* Du begeisterst dich für HR-Themen wie z.B. Arbeitsrecht, HR-Digitalisierung und neuen HR Trends.

* Ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal / Arbeitsrecht (Bachelor, Master oder Diplom) bildet die Basis deiner Qualifikation.

* Kommunikationsstärke, Engagement und Teamgeist zeichnen dich aus und analytisches Denken zählt zu deinen Stärken.

* Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung aus dem Bereich HR, vorzugsweise aus dem Arbeitsrecht, mit und du bist international mobil.

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.

Unser Gehaltsangebot basiert auf Marktgehältern, Qualifikation und Erfahrung und liegt bei dieser Position bei € 45.500 für Bachelor-Absolvent:innen und € 46.900 für Master-Absolvent:innen.
