Voor een innovatieve speler actief in de internationale voedingsindustrie zoekt Manpower een Customer Service Medewerker die energie haalt uit klantencontact, organisatie en teamwork.

Jobomschrijving

Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers, logistieke partners en interne afdelingen. Dankzij jouw opvolging verlopen bestellingen, leveringen en klantvragen vlot en professioneel.

Je krijgt een brede en afwisselende functie waarin je dagelijks in contact staat met verschillende partijen, zowel nationaal als internationaal. Geen dag ziet er hetzelfde uit en net dat maakt deze uitdaging zo boeiend.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en externe partners.(80 verloopt digitaal / 20% telefonisch)
  • Je behandelt inkomende telefoons en e-mails op een professionele en klantvriendelijke manier.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen nauwkeurig in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je volgt orders op van bestelling tot levering.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met transporteurs, logistieke partners en magazijnen.
  • Je bewaakt levertermijnen en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van zendingen.
  • Je regelt transportaanvragen en volgt de leveringen op.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de verwerking van import- en verschepingsdocumenten.
  • Je helpt bij de opvolging van douane- en inklaringsdossiers.
  • Je behandelt klachten en zoekt samen met collega's naar gepaste oplossingen.
  • Je ondersteunt het commerciële team bij dagelijkse administratieve taken.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de kwaliteitsafdeling om de verwachtingen van klanten optimaal in te vullen.
  • Je helpt mee bij het opvolgen van service- en klantgerichtheidsdoelstellingen.

Deze functie staat zowel open voor ambitieuze juniors bachelors die graag willen groeien binnen een internationale omgeving of ervaren customer service medewerkers die op zoek zijn naar stabiliteit.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma marketing, communicatie, supply chain, bedrijfsmanagement, talen of gelijkaardig en je kijkt uit naar een functie in een internationale omgeving
  • Of je hebt toonbare ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie en je kijkt uit naar een stabiele job in een KMO omgeving
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands (10/10), Frans (7/10) en Engels (9/10).
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en houdt ervan om mensen verder te helpen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je bent leergierig en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer het drukker wordt.
  • Je bent sterk in administratie en werkt vlot met digitale systemen.
  • Interesse in logistiek, internationale handel of supply chain is een pluspunt.
