Als Interne Accountant neem je de volledige operationele boekhouding van meerdere entiteiten op binnen een internationale, projectmatige omgeving. Je werkt vanuit een modern kantoor in Destelbergen en combineert nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en procesmatig inzicht. Dankzij jouw ervaring in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central zorg je voor een correcte, tijdige en gestructureerde verwerking van alle boekhoudkundige verrichtingen.

Je werkt nauw samen met de CFO, twee administratieve collega’s en externe boekhoudkundige en fiscale partners. Deze rol is ideaal voor iemand die stevig staat in boekhouding, graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en wil doorgroeien in afsluitingen, audits, rapportering en internationale dossiers.

Verantwoordelijkheden - Interne AccountantBoekhouding A‑Z

  • Volledige operationele boekhouding voor meerdere entiteiten.
  • Werken als ervaren gebruiker in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Controleren en verwerken van aankoop‑ en verkoopdagboeken.
  • Uitvoeren van financiële, diverse en jaareinde‑boekingen.
  • Correcte verwerking en kwaliteitsbewaking van alle boekingen.
  • Opvolgen van leveranciers, klanten en openstaande posten.
  • Voorbereiden, controleren en opvolgen van betalingsruns.
  • Afpunten van betalingen en oplossen van verschillen.
  • Signaleren en corrigeren van fouten of inconsistenties.
  • Zorgen voor een auditklare, gestructureerde boekhouding.

Rapportering & wettelijke verplichtingen:

  • Voorbereiden van maand‑ en jaarafsluitingen samen met CFO en externe accountants.
  • Uitvoeren van voorbereidende werken voor statutaire audits.
  • Ondersteunen bij fiscale controles en belastingaudits.
  • Documentatie voorbereiden voor wettelijke aangiftes in verschillende landen.
  • Informatie aanleveren voor btw‑aangiftes, jaarrekeningen en fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Vragen opvolgen van externe accountants, auditors en fiscale adviseurs.
  • Bewaken van deadlines en interne afspraken.

Digitalisering & procesoptimalisatie:

  • Correct en efficiënt werken in Business Central.
  • Bewaken dat boekhoudkundige flows correct verlopen.
  • Optimaliseren van goedkeuringsflows, betalingsbestanden en leveranciersbeheer.
  • Meewerken aan verdere digitalisering van boekhoudprocessen.
  • Bijdragen aan rapportering, afsluitprocessen en interne procedures.
  • Verbeterpunten signaleren en mee uitwerken.
  • Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in interne boekhouding of A‑Z accounting.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is een plus.
  • Sterke kennis van AP/AR, financiële verrichtingen en btw‑basisprincipes.
  • Autonoom, gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk.
  • Professionele communicatie met collega’s, management en externe partners.
  • Leergierig en bereid om te groeien in afsluitingen, audits en internationale dossiers.
  • Ervaring in een bouw‑, project‑ of groepsomgeving is een plus.
  • Vlotte kennis Nederlands + professionele kennis Engels.
  • Frans is een pluspunt, geen vereiste.
