Sinds 1980 staat Keukens De Abdij voor Belgisch vakmanschap! De beste Binnenhuisarchitect tekenen dagelijks met oog voor detail droomkeukens volgens de laatste trends en de wensen van onze klanten. Naast een hippe keuken kunnen onze klanten ook zeker zijn van kwaliteit, puur vakmanschap en een levenslange service garantie. Persoon die wij zoeken

Bij Keukens De Abdij investeren we in opleiding en groei. Als interne trainer help je nieuwe collega's om echte keukenexperts te worden. Je geeft theorie- en praktijkles over onze leveranciers, onze software en onze manier van werken. En omdat niet iedereen op dezelfde manier leert, pas jij je aanpak aan elke persoon aan. Met veel geduld en enthousiasme leg je technische zaken uit in gewone mensentaal. Daarnaast hou je ook je huidige collega's mee scherp en ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor al hun technische vragen.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Nieuwe collega's opleiden. Je geeft theorieles over onze leveranciers (kasten, elektro, sanitair en accessoires) en zowel theorie als praktijk over onze software (tekenprogramma, calculators, checklists en formulieren). Ook onze vaste regels, procedures en stappenplannen breng je hen bij.
  • Collega’s verder helpen groeien. Afwisselend met de opleidingscoördinator hou je de technische kennis van je collega's op peil.
  • Opleidingen naar een hoger niveau tillen. Samen met de opleidingscoördinator werk je extra bundels en cursussen uit waar de nood zich stelt, zoek je voortdurend naar verbeterpunten en stel je na elke opleiding een evaluatie op.
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn. Voor technische vragen van nieuw én bestaand personeel ben jij het vaste gezicht.
  • Je vertaalt technische materie moeiteloos naar klare mensentaal
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans
  • Je weet mensen te motiveren en te stimuleren
  • Je merkt snel waar iemand vastloopt en past je uitleg daarop aan
  • Geduld is je tweede natuur: soms moet iets een paar keer uitgelegd worden voor het blijft hangen
  • Je beheert het Office-pakket vlot
  • Je bent administratief sterk en georganiseerd
  • Ervaring in de keukensector is geen vereiste, maar een pluspunt
