Beschik jij over een diepgaande kennis van elektriciteit en mechanica, gecombineerd met een analytisch denkvermogen en een praktische aanpak?

Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf actief binnen de kunststofverwerking zijn we op zoek naar een interventietechnieker voor het 2-ploegenstelsel. Je komt terecht in een groeiende onderneming in de ruime regio Brugge, waar meer dan 100 collega’s dagelijks meewerken aan kwalitatieve, duurzame productie. Het bedrijf maakt deel uit van een stabiele internationale groep en staat bekend om zijn lange termijnvisie en continue investeringen in moderne technologieën. Er wordt volop ingezet op efficiëntie, veiligheid en technische vernieuwing, zonder de menselijke kant uit het oog te verliezen.

Je zal werken in een propere, goed georganiseerde productieomgeving waar structuur en orde centraal staan. In deze omgeving kan jij als technieker echt het verschil maken dankzij jouw inzicht in processen en machines.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Zorgt voor een snelle en doelgerichte oplossing van elektrische en mechanische storingen in de productieomgeving
  • Voert correctief, preventief, predictief en adaptief onderhoud uit aan diverse industriële installaties
  • Machines worden volgens de veiligheidsvoorschriften veiliggesteld en correct beveiligd voor interventies
  • Voert proactief preventieve acties uit zoals reinigen, smeren, onderdelen vervangen en vloeistoffen bijvullen
  • Herstellingen en revisies aan pompen, compressoren, matrijzen en filters behoren tot het dagelijks takenpakket
  • Onderdelen demonteer je nauwkeurig waarbij defecte componenten efficiënt worden vervangen
  • Detecteert storingen aan extrusielijnen en lost deze zelfstandig en grondig op
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een diploma elektromechanica
  • Je hebt minstens enkele jaren ervaring in technisch onderhoud binnen een productieomgeving
  • Grondige kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica en meettechnieken, met bijkomende kennis van automatisering, hydraulica en pneumatica
  • Vlot Nederlands omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
