RusTThuiS helpt senioren en hulpbehoevenden om zo lang mogelijk in hun vertrouwde omgeving te blijven wonen. We zoeken zorgassistenten waarbij de menselijke klik minstens even belangrijk is als de professionele. Samen met dit gezin gaan we op zoek naar een inwonende zorgassistente die rust en vertrouwen brengt in het dagelijkse leven. RusTThuiS begeleidt zowel de zorgassistente als de familie en staat in voor de volledige administratieve omkadering.

Voor wie zoeken we ondersteuning?

In een rustige, groene omgeving in Temse woont een warme familie waar verbondenheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Voor mevrouw van 59 jaar zoeken we een zorgassistent(e) die mee rust, structuur en vertrouwen brengt in haar dagelijkse leven.

Mevrouw leeft met de ziekte van Huntington. Ze heeft nood aan een rustige benadering, duidelijke structuur en mensen die haar de tijd geven. Wanneer je haar zonder druk benadert, merk je dat ze zich openstelt en betrokken blijft bij wat er rondom haar gebeurt. Ze volgt graag het nieuws, geniet van een lekker bereide maaltijd en houdt van een warme, huiselijke sfeer waarin ook ruimte is voor een lach en een vleugje humor.

Ondanks haar ziekte blijft ze een fiere dame. Kleine zaken zoals aandacht voor haar verzorging, haar uitstraling en een respectvolle omgang betekenen veel voor haar. Tegelijk heeft ze nood aan voldoende rust en voorspelbaarheid. Een positieve, geduldige en stabiele zorgassistent helpt haar om zich veilig te voelen.

Je komt terecht in een goed georganiseerd zorgteam waarin je nauw samenwerkt met de familie, thuisverpleging, kinesitherapie en logopedie. Er is vandaag al een inwonende zorgassistente actief, maar om de zorg ook op langere termijn kwalitatief en haalbaar te houden, zoeken we extra versterking. Zowel kandidaten voor een voltijdse inwonende functie als kandidaten die deeltijds willen meewerken, nodigen we uit om contact op te nemen. Samen bekijken we welke planning het best aansluit bij de noden van de familie én jouw mogelijkheden.
