Je hebt werkervaring in de zorg en een afgerond diploma Verzorgende IG. Je bent bereid om inwonend te werken bij de cliënt en wilt in Nederland komen wonen en werken.

Familia Zorg is een landelijke thuiszorgorganisatie, gespecialiseerd in zorg in de eigen taal, cultuur en geloofsbeleving van de cliënt. Wij zoeken een inwonende zorgverlener die het verschil wil maken, en die daarvoor naar Nederland wil komen.

Je wordt ingezet bij een cliënt waar je inwoont, soms bij twee, of als vaste invaller. Wat bij je past, stemmen we samen af. De werklocatie is in overleg en afhankelijk van de woonplaats van de cliënt. Je verzorgt de cliënt met warmte en aandacht, in de taal die de cliënt kent: persoonlijke verzorging, verpleegtechnische handelingen, maaltijden en gezelschap, huishoudelijk werk, controle en dagstructuur.

Wij ontzorgen je volledig: - Wij halen je zelf op en regelen je reisticket - Inschrijving en een adres voor je post - Je VOG (verklaring omtrent gedrag) - Eigen kamer met raam en internet - Nederlandse taalles - Loon, verzekering en administratie - Inwerken en een vaste baan met begeleiding - Vaste vrije tijd, in overleg met jou

We begeleiden je persoonlijk: één vaste contactpersoon vanaf het eerste gesprek tot je eerste werkdag, en daarna ook.
