Zur Verstärkung an beiden Standorten sind wir auf der Suche nach 1 IT Allrounder (m/w/d) Du kommunizierst gerne mit Kund:innen - am Telefon genauso wie persönlich - und behältst auch bei technischen Herausforderungen den Überblick? Ob Client, Server oder Netzwerk: Du gehst Problemen gerne auf den Grund und möchtest dein Wissen dort einsetzen, wo es wirklich zählt?

Was dich erwartet

* Du übernimmst First Level Support und Second Level Support Aufgaben für unsere Kunden

* Du betreust, pflegst und wartest bestehende IT-Systeme

* Du analysierst technische Störungen in Kundenumgebungen und behebst Fehler nachhaltig

* Dein technologischer Schwerpunkt liegt im Microsoft-Umfeld

* Du übernimmst Verantwortung und bringst dich aktiv im Team ein

Was wir erwarten:

* Du begeisterst dich für IT und neue Technologien

* Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Kund_innen

* Du arbeitest gerne im Team und packst mit an

* Du bringst idealerweise mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich mit

* Du hast Grundkenntnisse in Windows Server und Applikationen sowie Netzwerktechnik

* Du punktest zusätzlich mit Kenntnissen in Microsoft Exchange und SQL - kein Muss

* Du hast deinen Präsenz- oder Zivildienst abgeschlossen
