Wir suchen: 1 IT Application Manager (w/m/d) - Business Applications & Procurement

Hier kannst du Business-Applikationen betreuen, weiterentwickeln und deren Einsatz im Unternehmen aktiv mitgestalten. Zudem unterstützt du bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Procurement-Systeme, analysierst und behebst Fehler, testest neue Funktionen und koordinierst Anforderungen mit externen Softwareentwicklern. Dabei geht es nicht nur um laufenden Support, sondern auch darum, Prozesse und Systeme kontinuierlich besser, effizienter und anwenderfreundlicher zu machen.

Aufgabengebiet

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Business-Applikationen im Procurement-Umfeld

* Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten, insbesondere bei Konfiguration, Testing, Schnittstellen und Fehlerbehebung

* Aufnahme und Koordination von Anforderungen und Systemverbesserungen mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Entwicklern

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von digitalen Ausschreibungs- und Beschaffungsprozessen (eRFX, E-Auctions)

* Unterstützung und Beratung von internen und externen Anwendern inklusive Durchführung von Schulungen

* Analyse und Bearbeitung von System- und Anwenderproblemen sowie laufender Event Support

Skill-Set

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Computer Science, Information Management oder vergleichbar

* Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse und Verständnis für Software, Datenbanken und Systemarchitekturen

* Erfahrung im Application-/Software-Support und/oder IT-Projektmanagement

* Kenntnisse in SQL und HTML sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Softwareanpassungen

* Verständnis von Webservices und API-Schnittstellen (SOAP und/oder REST)

* gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Das mögliche Gehalt

Das Gehalt liegt je nach Qualifikation & Berufserfahrung zwischen EUR 3.500 und EUR 4.500 brutto / Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis).
