Voor een toonaangevende, internationale speler in de Test, Inspectie & Certificering (TICC) sector in de buurt van Utrecht zoeken we een daadkrachtige applicatiebeheerder/service lead. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer, de doorontwikkeling en de uitrol van de kern-SaaS-applicaties: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Field Service) en EZ2XS (Zertic). Door de actieve Buy-&-Build strategie van de organisatie leid je tevens de integratie en uitrol van deze systemen bij nieuw verworven bedrijven. Een dynamische spilfunctie waarin je strategisch regie voert op ITIL-beheer en leveranciers (zoals Zertic), functionele beheerders aanstuurt, én hands-on helpt bij configuraties, API-koppelingen en releases! Als IT Application Service Manager borg je de continuïteit, kwaliteit en doorontwikkeling van de kritieke applicaties voor inspectie- en certificeringsprocessen. - SaaS Life-Cycle & Platformbeheer: Coördineren, beheren en optimaliseren van Microsoft Dynamics 365 en EZ2XS over alle omgevingen (Acceptatie, Test, Productie). - Business Alignment & Onboarding: Vertalen van business requirements naar functionele oplossingen, opstellen van user stories/specificaties én het leiden van end-to-end implementatietrajecten bij nieuw overgenomen business units. - Hands-on Configuratie & Integraties: Zorgdragen voor naadloze API-koppelvlakken tussen D365, M365 en EZ2XS. Hands-on uitvoeren van functionele/technische configuraties (inclusief workflows, XML-formulieren, HTML/CSS rapportages). - ITIL & Service Delivery: Opzetten en monitoren van SLA's, service catalogs, incident-, problem- en changemanagementprocessen rondom de applicaties. - Vendor Man...
