In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij de verdere uitrol en optimalisatie van het centrale softwaresysteem. Als IT Applications Specialist fungeer je als de onmisbare schakel tussen de operationele business en de technische realisatie.

  • Je analyseert de noden van interne stakeholders en vertaalt deze naar slimme functionele ontwerpen binnen Business Central en Dynamics 365, zodat bedrijfsprocessen naadloos op elkaar aansluiten.
  • Samen met externe implementatiepartners en developers zorg jij voor een efficiënte en kwalitatieve oplevering binnen de voorziene scope.
  • Het coördineert van complexe datamigraties en integraties binnen het Microsoft-ecosysteem garandeert een vlekkeloze dataflow tussen de verschillende bedrijfstakken.
  • Je zet gerichte testtrajecten op en begeleidt key-users tijdens de go-live, wat resulteert in een hoge adoptiegraad op de werkvloer.
  • Proactief signaleer je verbeterkansen en denk je strategisch mee over de inzet van innovatieve technologieën zoals AI om processen te automatiseren.

Profiel

De ideale kandidaat voor deze positie combineert een sterk analytisch denkvermogen met een gezonde dosis organisatietalent. Als IT Applications Specialist ben je communicatief vaardig en blink je uit in het bewaren van het overzicht, ook wanneer prioriteiten verschuiven.

  • Ervaring met functionele analyse en een grondige kennis van ERP- of CRM-bedrijfsprocessen vormen jouw stevige basis.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een hands-on professional met een groot gevoel voor ownership die gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht te werk gaat.
  • Je beschik hebt over een hogere opleiding of gelijkwaardig denkniveau, aangevuld met een sterke affiniteit voor digitale innovatie.
  • Een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands is een must, waarbij een goede professionele kennis van het Frans de samenwerking met Waalse vestigingen vergemakkelijkt.
