Über die Rolle

Als IT Business Analyst bei Carglass® bilden Sie die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Produkt-Teams und allen relevanten Stakeholdern. Ihr Ziel ist es, Anforderungen präzise zu analysieren, Software-Lösungen zu konzeptionieren und unsere Fachbereiche als IT-Partner auf Augenhöhe zu beraten.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

* Sie analysieren Geschäftsunterlagen und dokumentieren Anforderungen, unter anderem in Form von User Stories.

* Sie gewährleisten, dass IT-Lösungen im Einklang mit der Unternehmensstrategie stehen und arbeiten eng mit unterschiedlichen Abteilungen und Stakeholdern zusammen.

* Sie unterstützen Stakeholder bei Business Cases, begleiten die iterative Lösungsgestaltung sowie Software-Auswahlprozesse.

* Sie schreiben und verfeinern User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien und unterstützen Product bzw. Business Owner bei der Priorisierung und Roadmap-Planung.

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL mit IT-Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung.

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im IT-Anforderungsmanagement, idealerweise im Beratungsumfeld oder dezentralen Strukturen. Erste Erfahrungen in der agilen Produktentwicklung sind von Vorteil.

* Kenntnisse in BPMN 2.0 und UML sowie Erfahrung mit Methoden wie User Story Mapping oder Event Storming.

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

* Analytisches, konzeptionelles und unternehmerisches Denken gepaart mit hoher Beratungsstärke.

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich zu vermitteln.

* Eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit.
