Dein Job, du...

* sorgst für die rechtzeitige systemische sowie funktionstüchtige Bereitstellung der integrierten Fahrplandaten und arbeitest auch gerne selbst an der Erstellung bzw. Ergänzung von Fahrplandaten.

* führst eigenständige Abstimmungen mit allen internen und externen Partner:innen zum Thema Datenübermittlung und -anforderungen durch.

* stellst die Einhaltung von internen und externen Vereinbarungen zur fahrplanbasierten Kund:inneninformation sicher.

* testest neue Datensets und neue Softwarereleases der am Kund:inneninformationsprozess beteiligten Systeme und erarbeitest ganzheitliche Testsettings für Daten- und Systemänderungen.

* analysierst und bearbeitest systemische Fehlerbilder und leitest relevante Handlungsempfehlungen für die Behebung von Fehlern und Verbesserung der Systeme und Prozesse ab.

* unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung fahrplanbasierter Kund:inneninformationsprozesse und -systeme mit der Durchführung von Analysen und der Erstellung von Spezifikationen.

Dein Profil, du...

* interessierst dich für aktuelle Mobilitätstrends und das System Bahn begeistert dich.

* verfügst über eine fundierte abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Universität, FH, HTL, HAK, etc.) oder entsprechende Berufspraxis im Fachgebiet.

* arbeitest gerne mit Daten, bist genau und zuverlässig.

* hast Freude bei der Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen bzw. Stakeholdern im Konzernumfeld sowie der Arbeit im Team.

* zeichnest dich durch eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Überzeugungskraft und Hands-On Mentalität aus.

* denkst analytisch, bist proaktiv und serviceorientiert.

* verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Unser Angebot

* Wir bieten flexible Arbeitszeiten und stellen dafür auch ein Nanny-Service wie einen nahegelegenen Betriebskindergarten zur Verfügung.

* Für die Funktion "Spezialist:in IT Business Analyse" ist (laut Kollektivvertrag Eisenbahnunternehmen) ein Mindestentgelt von € 55.307,00 brutto/Jahr vorgesehen. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
