Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf binnen de productie van deuren en maatwerkproducten zijn we op zoek naar een IT & Configurator Specialist.

In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je IT, productconfiguratie en productieprocessen. Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van de productconfigurator en zorgt ervoor dat de koppeling tussen configurator, ERP en productie correct en efficiënt verloopt. Daarnaast ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor interne IT-vragen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Productconfigurator

  • Beheren en verder ontwikkelen van de productconfigurator.
  • Onderhouden en uitbreiden van productregels en configuratielogica.
  • Opbouwen en beheren van productmodellen en varianten.
  • Correct definiëren en onderhouden van stuklijsten (BOM).
  • Bewaken van de technische en operationele maakbaarheid van configuraties.

ERP & systeemintegraties

  • Onderhouden en optimaliseren van koppelingen tussen configurator, ERP en productie.
  • Beheren van product- en artikeldata binnen het ERP-systeem.
  • Aanmaken van nieuwe artikels en onderhouden van bestaande gegevens.
  • Ondersteunen bij technische integraties, onder andere met C# en DLL-structuren.
  • Bewaken van een correcte dataflow tussen verschillende systemen.
  • Samenwerken met externe IT-partners.

Interne IT-support

  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor interne IT-vragen.
  • Basisbeheer van servers, gebruikers en cloudtoepassingen.
  • Ondersteunen van de Windows-netwerkomgeving.
  • Opvolgen en escaleren van IT-problemen bij externe partners.

Samenwerking & kennisborging

  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's van productie, verkoop en aankoop.
  • Je verdiepen in de productconfigurator en de producten via gerichte opleidingen.
  • Fungeren als interne referentie voor configurator- en IT-logica.
  • Documenteren van configuratie- en systeemprocessen.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch en procesmatig denkvermogen.
  • Je hebt kennis van ERP-systemen binnen een Microsoft-omgeving.
  • Je hebt interesse in of ervaring met productconfiguratie en logische modellen.
  • Kennis van C# en systeemintegraties is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je hebt inzicht in IT-infrastructuur, zoals servers, netwerken en cloudtoepassingen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent sterk in probleemoplossend denken en gaat zelfstandig op zoek naar oplossingen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en voelt je eigenaar van de systemen en processen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende afdelingen en externe partners.
  • Je werkt graag samen en kan technische materie begrijpelijk overbrengen.
  • Je bent bereid om je verder te verdiepen in zowel de producten als de configurator.
