Heb je al een eerste werkervaring binnen IT-support, data of een combinatie van beide en wil je nu een volgende stap zetten? In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je dagelijkse IT-ondersteuning met Excel, rapportering, data en procesverbetering binnen een internationale logistieke omgeving.

Ben je na je eerste werkervaring toe aan een rol waarin je méér kunt doen dan alleen tickets oplossen? Werk je graag met IT, maar krijg je ook energie van Excel, data en het slimmer maken van processen? Dan kan dit een interessante volgende stap zijn. Als IT & Data Support Medewerker krijg je een brede functie waarin IT-support en data samenkomen. Je ondersteunt collega's bij dagelijkse technische vragen, beheert werkplekken en gebruikersaccounts en helpt mee om rapporteringen en datastromen te verbeteren. Dit is nadrukkelijk geen pure startersfunctie. We zoeken iemand die al professionele ervaring heeft opgedaan en daardoor voldoende basis heeft om zelfstandig problemen te analyseren en op te lossen. Tegelijkertijd is dit ook geen senior specialistische rol. De functie past vooral bij iemand die nog volop wil bijleren en verbreden en na een eerste aantal jaren werkervaring klaar is voor een volgende stap. Omdat de organisatie vanuit verschillende locaties werkt, ben je regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer en verplaats je je tussen verschillende sites.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ondersteunt medewerkers bij dagelijkse IT-vragen en technische problemen.
  • Je beheert en configureert werkstations, laptops en gebruikersaccounts.
  • Je analyseert problemen en zorgt waar mogelijk zelfstandig voor een praktische oplossing.
  • Je maakt Excel-rapporteringen en analyses en verbetert bestaande rapportages.
  • Je werkt met onder andere formules, draaitabellen en Power Query.
  • Je ondersteunt bij dashboards en BI-rapportering.
  • Je helpt bij het verbeteren van interne processen en datastromen.
  • Je werkt mee aan IT-projecten en systeemverbeteringen.
  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse operationele IT-werking op verschillende locaties.
  • Je werkt samen met lokale collega's en een internationaal IT-netwerk.

We zoeken geen schoolverlater, maar ook geen senior IT-professional. Deze functie is vooral interessant voor iemand die een eerste stevige basis heeft opgebouwd en zich nu verder wil ontwikkelen.

Je hebt:

  • Een eerste relevante professionele werkervaring binnen bijvoorbeeld IT-support, IT operations, data support, reporting of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Bij voorkeur ongeveer 1 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Een goede kennis van Microsoft Excel en je kunt zelfstandig werken met formules, draaitabellen en bij voorkeur Power Query.
  • Ervaring met of sterke interesse in BI-tools zoals Power BI of Tableau.
  • Een goede basiskennis van Microsoft 365.
  • Ervaring met of basiskennis van Active Directory en Windows 11.
  • Interesse in netwerken en IT-security.
  • Een analytische manier van denken en het vermogen om problemen zelfstandig uit te zoeken.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit: je vindt het prima om zelf naar een werkplek of locatie te gaan om een probleem op te lossen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en je helpt collega's graag verder.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van het Engels is een plus.
  • Bij voorkeur een rijbewijs B vanwege de verschillende werklocaties.

Belangrijk is vooral dat je niet uitsluitend theoretische kennis meebrengt. Een eerste relevante werkervaring is cruciaal
