ITCE is gekend om hun vooruitstrevende “Virtual Workplace’ oplossingen.

Als Field Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van technische ondersteuning en het oplossen van IT-problemen, voornamelijk bij onze klanten ter plaatse. Je beheert dagelijks de ICT-infrastructuur van de klant en zorgt ervoor dat alle technische installaties goed onderhouden en geconfigureerd zijn.

Jouw day to day als ervaren Field Engineer:

  • Het installeren en configureren van nieuwe apparatuur, uitrollen van clouddiensten en up-to-date houden van technische documentatie. Concrete taken omvatten onder andere het installeren van laptops, firewalls, en het uitrollen van M365 en wifi-systemen.
  • Monitoren van klantinfrastructuren, preventief onderhoud uitvoeren en storingen oplossen.
  • Je zorgt voor leveringen, installaties en reparaties van hardware.
  • Je gaat in overleg met klanten om tot de beste technische oplossingen te komen, rekening houdend met hun specifieke IT-omgeving, en koppelt terug naar onze Technical Account Managers en Service Desk Engineers.
  • Je hebt bij enkele jaren ervaring met het bieden van IT services bij verschillende klanten.
  • Je hebt uitgebreide kennis van hardware maar hebt ook kennis van Enterprise Applications/APP Registration, MFA/Conditional Access en Microsoft Exchange.
  • Je hebt een goed begrip van en ervaring met IT netwerken.
  • Je bent in staat op een professionele manier te communiceren met klanten en gaat graag ter plaatse om oplossingen te voorzien.
  • Een rijbewijs B is cruciaal om je te verplaatsen naar klanten.
  • Kennis van end-pointmanagement en Azure zijn een pluspunt.
