Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

Als IT Field Service Engineer übernehmen Sie die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Client-Umgebung und sind eine zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Anwender:innen. In dieser wichtigen Funktion sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Mitarbeiter:innen täglich auf eine zuverlässige und moderne IT-Infrastruktur zählen können.

* Installation, Konfiguration, Wartung und laufende Betreuung von PCs, Notebooks und deren Software

* Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen im 2nd Level Support

* Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen

* Installation, Betreuung und Wartung von Druckern sowie Peripheriegeräten

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Mobile Device Managements

* Unterstützung bei der Betreuung von Meeting- und Konferenzräumen

* Installation, Test, Anpassung und Wartung von Labor-, Wiege- und weiteren Sondergeräten

* Mitarbeit an der Sicherstellung eines stabilen und effizienten IT-Betriebs

Unsere Erwartungen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule oder HTL mit IT-Schwerpunkt)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Client Hardware, Betriebssysteme und Standardsoftware

* Gute Kenntnisse im Support von Druckern und Peripheriegeräten

* Erfahrung im Mobile Device Management von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Meetingräumen bzw. Videokonferenzsystemen von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Labor- oder Wiegesystemen sind von Vorteil

* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Serviceorientierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Anwender:innen

Für diese Position erwartet Sie im Rahmen einer 38h-Woche ein Monatsbruttogehalt von mindestens EUR 3.500.- basierend auf dem Kollektivvertrag der chemischen Industrie.

Aufgrund Ihrer individuellen Qualifikation und positionsrelevanten Berufserfahrung ist unsere Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung gegeben.
